   Return Conditions: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories. We cannot accept returns if the item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use.
   Exchange Conditions: If you wish to exchange for a different style or size, please submit an exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. The exchanged item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Return and Exchange Process

   Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged item or an item that does not match the description, Pattylook LLC will cover the return shipping costs; if the return is due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange request within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
   If you choose a refund, the funds will be returned via your original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment institution, and it usually takes 5-10 business days to reach your account.
